Form not getting displayed on the web page

1.Check the spelling of the name of the module in the shortcode.

Subscribe & Download Not Working

File is not getting downloaded after the user fills the form and clicks the subscribe button.

1.Check you have uploaded the file in the upload folder of wordpress site with correct name.

2.Check the name of file in the default redirection field in the settings page.The name of the file should match with the name of the file uploaded in the upload folder.

3.Check the Enable Redirection is set to YES or NO. File download will only work when the Enable Redirection is set to YES.

4.Check if you have created the page with the name download.
